Dialogue between Investor and Supervisory Board

The "Guidelines for the Dialogue between Investor and Supervisory Board" are intended to initiate an informed discussion on communication between the supervisory boards of listed companies and investors and to provide information on developments in practice. The eight guiding principles come from a working group of company and investor representatives as well as scientists. BVI advised the initiative.
